Currently, all our HQ Reviewer Groups are set to everyone except the final reviewer as "Optional Reviewer". When the final reviewer, which is typically an exec, wants to approve an invoice that's waiting on someone before him, he has to approve the invoice for every reviewer one at a time. This means he has to approve something up to 4 times for one invoice (1 for each level of reviewer).

Dear Viewpoint Suggestion Box contributor;
We at Viewpoint sincerely thank you for your contribution to Suggestion Box on how we can improve Viewpoint products. While we can’t do everything at once, we rely upon your feedback to help guide the prioritization of our product improvements, and Suggestion Box is a critical tool for us to understand and prioritize our customers’ needs.
Viewpoint reviews Suggestion Box regularly for all of our products and updates statuses, adds comments, and performs various house-keeping (including deleting) as needed to ensure that Suggestion Box is maintained as a productive environment for product enhancements requests.

Case input. Thanks Michael
It should be working. Send a case in and we will get it resolved.
Michael -- as always thanks for the quick response. I have that set on every single reviewer group already. Jeff (other commenter) tested this for me yesterday. He couldn't see the invoice under his reviewer so he went to mine and reviewed it. He then went to his reviewer and the history shows he reviewed it under my reviewer line, but he was still required to review it under his reviewer for it to go back to AP.
Is there a setting we're missing or do I need to open a case? It sounds like this should be working.
This is a request which will save time, reviewing and reviewing what you just reviewed is not efficient.
On the reviewer group form in Vista, set the up level approval to View and approve self and lower levels. This will allow for cascade approval.
