Expense duplication bug

When submitting an expense through add new item on the website accessed on your phone, if you leave the location and notes fields blank (they aren't required) and hit save and close, the system creates 2 transactions.  The first is a duplicate $0 transaction that needs to be manually deleted.  This bug is very confusing for our users.

Update:  Ticket logged with Vista and they are looking into this bug.
