Right now, if an employee is added as an attendee on a huddle, the signature field is required. If the signature is not completed, the huddle will remain in red on the Huddle Dashboard. We would like the signature field optional - either as a portal setting or ideally, for each huddle. Sometimes it makes more sense to have a bunch of our employees sign a paper sign in sheet and upload that as an attachment rather than signing electronically.

Would much prefer the signature to be optional. Signature is fine if you have 3-5 people. Sometimes we have 30-40 and it's obviously impractical to have everybody take an ipad and sign it with that many people. It would be great to just check a box for each Huddle that says "signature not required" and then it could be completed without anything remaining red.
That would be fantastic and is a better idea than what I was thinking. I would prefer your suggestion over mine because then we make sure we have a signature. THANKS!!!!
How would you feel about a setting on the huddle that can be checked that denotes the attachment on the huddle as the sign in sheet? If this is selected, signature will no longer be required. Instead, there would be a required attachment, the actual sign in sheet.
