It would be nice to be able to design a template that would go out to the applicants when we move them from applicant to Drug-Screen process because there are two places they can go to get their drug screens and having an e-mail that gives them directions to the places and what they will need to bring would be a great feature. Similar to the e-mail that goes out when they are pushed over to on-boarding, it would be nice to have some sort of "Congratulations-you are moving on to the next step" type letter.
