Unless I'm missing it, I don't see a way to allow an employee (i.e. Payroll person) to unlock accounts without giving them admin access to other areas. Our payroll clerks have the most contact with employees, so we need to be able to allow them to unlock accounts, send welcome to Keystyle emails, etc.. The basics. Without this, these functions fall to those of us that are already extremely busy implementing Keystyle.

Dear Viewpoint Suggestion Box contributor;
We at Viewpoint sincerely thank you for your contribution to Suggestion Box on how we can improve Viewpoint products. While we can’t do everything at once, we rely upon your feedback to help guide the prioritization of our product improvements, and Suggestion Box is a critical tool for us to understand and prioritize our customers’ needs.
Viewpoint reviews Suggestion Box regularly for all of our products and updates statuses, adds comments, and performs various house-keeping (including deleting) as needed to ensure that Suggestion Box is maintained as a productive environment for product enhancements requests.

Just those 2 -- Send welcome emails and unlock users that are locked out. The end user should be able to reset their password without any assistance. Thanks again.
What permissions are you ideally wanting to handle?
Thanks for the quick response Michael.
Either Security or System admin will provide way too much access for what we're wanting to do. The security role, as your link suggests, is more for an I.T. type person, not a payroll person. We're wanting the ability to give out minimal permissions. As the link says: "The Security Admin and System Admin have almost the same permission on this page, except for the System Admin column."
Hi Jon,
You can have someone be a security admin by checking the security navigating to Admin > Admin Roles and selecting the security box. This article explains the details: http://keystyledata.com/kb/#KB/Base_Configuration/Enabling_your_Security_Admin.htm?Highlight=security%20admin
