We would like the ability on the dashboard to see more columns so HR is able to see at a glance in more detail where applicants are in the process and for which position without having to open each profile. If you could add a column for position applying for and also the ability to break up task into individual columns. (i.e. if you had task for application, drug test, etc. each would have a column that would show the status on the main dashboard).

I was going to create a new suggestion but it appears this one is on the right track. We want more Columns of information to appear in the Onboarding Dashboard including Drug Test Date, Background Date, etc. Whether it is derived from an Admin Custom Task or some other method that works for us. This way we can use the Export to Excel function on the Onboarding Dashboard and review where we are with applicants in regards to progress made and items still needing to be addressed. Pushing some of this data into Vista would be the next potential step.
Mark - Just for further consideration here. We have 3 Custom Tasks (comprised of about 100 items in total with responsibility shared among HR, IT, Safety, Accounting, etc.) that are Admin only items. Because we group admin tasks by pre-hire, orientation and post-orientation and responsibility is shared, we are not able to use the single/designated Admin Tasks Checklist Template per profile. It's just not manageable. All that to say, if the column for the separate task tracker for admins could include Custom Tasks that are Admin only, that would be great!
That would be great. Thanks, Mark!
Hi Team,
I don't think we would be able to dynamically show every task as it's own column on the Onboarding Dashboard, but it should be possible to add new columns for "Applied To" and a separate Task tracker for Admins.
Let me bring this idea to our next Suggestion review meeting.
Thanks!
Hi Mark,
Anything that designates the position they were hired for, which may be more linked to the ATS fields (Req Info or Req Title).
Also, it would be great to see fields that come from the admin task checklist template. These are the user defined fields filled out in custom tasks assigned to the admin task checklist for the onboarding profile.
Thanks
Hi Team,
Which columns would you like to be able to add to the Onboarding Dashboard? If we added an Admin Tasks Completed column with 2/5 Task Tracker, would that meet your needs?
Thanks!
Agree
Agree - at a glance on Onboarding will save time
Agree - it's not efficient.
Yes please :)
Agree - It is extremely inefficient to go back in forth between Applicant and onboarding to figure what position a person is onboarding for. Adding columns to the onboarding dashboard is needed ASAP!
At a minimum, separate columns for Admin Tasks vs Employee Tasks would be great. Would be obvious from Dashboard who is responsible for outstanding tasks.
