we use the timecard clock in/out function and it would be great to see if/when someone changes the actual clock in/out times. Right now the only people who can are supervisors and above but some have multiple approvers and so we'd like to see an audit trail of the changes being made in Keystyle.

We use the grid time for our field personnel to enter time and then the supervisors approve thru job time approval. We need to see an audit train of who makes changes to the submitted timecards.
Having an audit report, or database of actual clock in/clock out's would be a great help. If we were audited by the DOL and they wanted to see actual time entries, where would one go to show them these entries if audit trails are not logged? I'm uncertain as to why this is not an existing feature.

The employee clocks in/out using FM Kiosk
The FM Kiosk manager uploads the times into Grid timecard and adds the additional phase codes if needed and fixes any issues with the timecard. The Kiosk Manager also changes the clock out punch to 5pm in the grid timecard, giving the employee additional hours.
In theory the approver will check the pictures to verify the designated employee is the one clocking in/out, however the picture shows the 5pm time and the assumption is that the picture was taken at 5pm. The punch that was changed is not marked in any way.
The kiosk manager changed the clock out time and the Approvers need a way to know that the change was made. In this case hours were added, but if hours were subtracted that would be even worse. Either way, we have no record of what was changed if there is a dispute.
Any punches that are added or changed need visibility. An audit trail showing actual punch, changed punch, and who changed it on what date would be helpful.
