Right now, Keystyle allows you to disable full coding at the Expense entry screen. This is a good thing because it allows field users to tag the job and leave the phase coding to the Project Manager (Keystyle approver). However, there is no ability to enforce required phase and cost type at the approval stage. If the approver forgets to insert this, it requires accounting intervention. Furthermore, accounting doesn't have the ability to send the transaction back to approver. Instead, accounting can only send it all the way back to the initial requester. So, simply adding an option to require of job, phase, and cost type at the approval stage would be very helpful. To be clear, I'm not asking for these to be required at the input stage (because that already exists). I'm asking for it not to be required at input, but required at approval.

This was sent to me, was that by accident?
