Onboarding - Manage Hiring Location group access (Invite) only is giving them full access to Onboarding Dashboard and personal Information. As well as receiving all the Onboarding Documents Complete - notification emails.
We would only like the Onboarding Admins to receive these emails, and have access to the employee information.
If i choose 'Invite' only access under 'Manage Hiring Locations' - would like that to mean Just Invite. Not full access to anything else.

In our instance -we have Superintendents that we would like to be able to 'Invite' and start the process. Then our HR, and PR department would handle the rest of the tasks to initialize to HR/PR. (Initialize access) We wouldn't want our Superintendents to see all of their personal info (i9, w4, direct deposit info, etc. ) - Everyone in the group with Invite access is getting every submission email notification regardless if they were the ones who invited them or not. Then this gives them full access to all their personal info as well.
I'm confused by this request. Is this saying invitation users assigned to a specific location can see all the other locations, or just their own location? I do need invitation managers to be able to see the details of a new hire, since they extended the invitation.
