Currently in FM app REVIEW screen, multiple review options are available including Productivity Reports, which display the Units, Hours, and Units/Hour for both the Original Estimate and Current Estimate. An option in the portal should be added for user to turn ON or OFF this productivity report availability. A company may NOT want a Foreman or Crew Member to see what Original Estimate hours and production were; if they can view as now, it can prohibit productivity if Foreman know they have more hours "available" then overhead is pushing them to complete the task within. In addition it may lead to inaccurate time reporting if Foreman see they have expended 'estimate' hours for one code and do not want to make themselves look bad.

It sounds like in an ideal world you would limit the report to a set of users that should be able to see that data. Would that be the optimum security control you are looking for? The alternative would be to say if production is enabled the report is enabled. I'm hoping others in the community respond to this as well.
Currently we have not enabled production entry. We planned on doing so but have been sidetracked dealing with some other issues - as you are aware. However when we do implement, not all men inputting time will be entering production either so an ON/OFF options would also be beneficial.
Hey Chris,
We are reviewing this item and the question came up to know if your teams are entering production. If they are not entering production, there is a good case to remove all production reports and the ability to enter production. Let us know your workflow.
