Currently in FMM if time is entered for an employee it enters a random craft and class into Vista because it does not pull from the employee default. When a foreman enters time for his employees he does not know which craft or class they are in, and we don't expect him to learn all 200 employees. This should just pull from the employee default that is built into Vista. This function works fine from the web portal grid timecard entry. In its current form we are not able to use the app because of this.

Having a similar type issue. Default craft/class is set in Viewpoint. When time is entered through mobile app, the craft/class is CHANGING for employees in Viewpoint. They are being randomly assigned craft/class and not what their default is. There is some glitch with how the app is talking with the portal and/or server.
Thanks for letting me know. We will review with them. The default should be to show the craft/class assigned to the employee in PR Employee. More to come on this.
I litterally just got off the phone with Clearview support before I posted this and they told me this was not supported on mobile. I was told to submit the suggestion here.

The employee should have the default craft and class from the PR Employee profile. If you are not seeing this, please submit a ticket to clearview.
