We're struggling with the signature section when our employees clock out. They can't see the hours they are approving the way Keystyle operates. I have attached a prototype of what we'd like to see when an employee clocks out. Having the time in summarized since their last Clock In and their Daily Clock time will be very beneficial.
Ultimately we would like to see the following:
We have a project in California and are concerned about our time keeping compliance along with the employee acknowledgement. Something like this would solve many of the issues that may arise.

It would be nice to see the whole flow of the app go a little more smoothly...The guys in the field are ok using the app until they get to the part where the have to select the ellipsis and click on what option, go back, click on another option. Change it to time clock, then start with the ellipsis again. One wrong move, and they are completely confused. It would be nice if everything just flowed from one thing to the next . Maybe once they select the phases, instead of an ellipsis they just apply hours, after they hit continue, they appy time in and outs for the day. Its too complicated for the intent of the program.
I agree that something with the actual clock in and out needs updating, its very cumbersome and inefficient for the guys in the field. The guys love simple!!! I like the idea that some of these items would could be optional too.
Some of those items could be enabled as optional to be determined as part of the timecard template/setup as there are different requirements in different locations.
