Yes, a simple widget at the top to toggle between English and Spanish would be ideal.

Not having the portal and forms in Spanish, is Ethno-centric. Our company is diverse and meeting everyone's needs is the culture we build upon.

I agree with the comments below. An option to toggle to Spanish would be a valuable addition to the onboarding process.

We have a wide range of employees around the country and a large population that would benefit from a Spanish translation of the employee portal. This would especially help during onboarding and benefit enrollment.

I would agree it would help our Hispanic employees to be able to toggle the instructions in Spanish.

We really need to have an onboarding and employee portal tool that is welcoming to our Hispanic employees. Having it only in English is a reflection on our Company not just the software company. Please find a way to make this happen soon! It is discouraging to hear this was posted four years ago.

This has had little to no movement in the four years since I made this. But my HR department still asks be about this.

Ask your team to vote this up. We have a lot of Spanish users that would love this.

Acknowledgement statement should appear in Spanish as well.

The I9 must be in English. The portal should allow us to enter Spanish instructions for this form. Additionally the entire first section (personal info, W4, Voluntary ID) of the onboarding process should have a Spanish version: both the clickable links and the fields themselves.

Toggling all forms is the way to go. As I requested, the field that requires to enter the name, phone number, and so forth should also be in Spanish. If toggling is the faster answer instead of developing a new form, that will work.

Would you prefer that the Spanish version of the Voluntary self ID be it's own form that can be added to a profile? Or would you rather have an option for a user to toggle from English to Spanish?

At minimum the first screen that captures basic information, should gave the Spanish option

I found that with one of our recent updates the W-4 now does have a button to translate into Spanish and it works great!

For the I-9 form, my HR department researched this and found that he Federal website forbids the translation of this form into any language other than ENGLISH.  That is why they have the field at the bottom asking if a translator was used.  So VISTA is blocked from translating this to Spanish for us.

So the Self Identification stock form is the only one left to translate.  We would appreciate it if this could be translated into Spanish as we don't have access to the form to update or translate ourselves without hiring your custom programmers.
