We almost always have a Crew of 6-12 guys record their daily timecard against multiple phases on the same day. It would be a HUGE timesaver if the Copy function allowed us to select Employees that already had a timecard entry recorded on that day's template. For instance if John Smith had 4 hours on Phase Code A we would like to be able to Copy that line for John Smith again to Phase Code B. That would allow us to copy in bulk the entire line detail of the 6-12 guys to a new set of lines and just make the quick adjustments to the phase code and hours. Right now we have to manually enter these additional line entries to capture each additional phase code.

Have you considered the new line functionality? In grid timecard setting when adding a new line, you can choose how the behavior works. For example, you can have it copy all field from the previous line and then allow the enterer to just change a phase.
No this is incorrect. You can, of course, Copy a line. But you can only copy that line to OTHER employees, not to the same employee. For instance, if John Smith has one line against Phase A and EQ123 and we want to copy his line to 2 additional lines because he also used a trailer and an air compressor we cannot Copy John Smith's line to John Smith, only to unique employees. My request is to add the source employee to the list of available employees in the Copy Line feature.
Do you have the copy line feature enabled? This should take care of what you need. You just enter the line for one employee then you can copy it for all the employees.
