I'm curious what build this was shipped in. We are running Portal Version: 1.22.12.5743 and it is not in that. This suggestion looks like it was from 2018, so I'm surprised I don't see it in our version.

How would you feel about a custom grid like hathaway suggested below? This grid could include job and phase. If you think thats the solution, i'll combine the suggestions to increase the votes.
