It would be more efficient and less burdensome if when changing your withholdings via the link provided you don't have to save the document first to your device and then attach it.

This is a setting on the portal. Right now, your portal must be configured to require and attachment. Turn this off and user can change their W4 without needing the attachment. What makes it awesome is that even without the user uploading a signed W4, the portal will automatically save a copy of the receipt of the W4 change with a signature, date, time, and approver of the W4 change. This receipt is a pdf that attaches to the employee record.
