Change clicking on paystub to View rather than Download pdf
The update to 1.26.2.106 last night fixed the Earnings issue on mobile, but the fix was to have the pdf download. Can it be changed so that when you click on a paystub/timecard, it brings up the View of the pdf? Basically, all of our employees dislike this functionality. They either are not technical enough to navigate between browsers and pdf downloads, or they do not want to download their pdfs, just view them.
If employees are using a shared device, it can create a problem when downloading documents. The files are saved directly to the device, which may allow the next user to access and view the previous employee’s pay stub.
Why did the paycheck viewing process have to change it was working just fine. A lot of our employees are not tech savvy and do not want to click 4 times to view there check stub. Very dissatisfied employees who think we are responsible for the change as a company. Please put paycheck viewing back to the way it was.
I have already ran into issues with this function in less than 24 hoursand our employees have expressed their concern. Each employee required individual coaching to simply find their pay stub. No only is is an inconvenience to the employee and employer, it alludes to an illusion that a company wants to make it 'difficult' to see and find pay information. The data should be readily available and pop up immediately for employees.
I completely agree with the original post. Our employees who are construction workers are not tech savvy enough to use the download feature. It's hard enough to just get them to the portal to view their own earnings. Please give us the preview on mobile devices back.

Huge issue here. Our employees DO NOT like this and the phonecalls have not stopped.
