When opening a Job billing to review there are multiple items to review project information, contract amount, billed to date and this billing amount etc. By adding a cost to date column the Project Manager could ensure that the invoice was being billed enough to cover the costs to date on the job. As of now they are having to refer back to Vista Reports per job. With the information on the approval screen this additional work would not be necessary.
