When creating a training class an instructor is assigned. We are using this to capture the responsible person since the instructor is rarely an employee. Instead having to set up these people as admins, and thus giving them the power to add/create projects, develop a way that when an instructor is selected, they have access to to edit and manage and collect attendance on the classes they're assigned to. We have very few people who should have the power to create classes.
