We record odometer readings for certain employees receiving a car allowance. Rather than them typing beginning and ending mileage in the Note field it would be easier for them to have specific fields, ideally calculating total miles, when the Mileage reimbursement is selected. The new fields would need to be optional as not employees are required to input this detail.
