The AI popup window blocks the screen, and cannot be moved out of the way. In order to follow the help steps from the AI, you have to close the AI popup and reopen to keep following the steps. If the popup could be repositioned by the user, it would be easier to follow the AI help steps. Also need to be able to hide the AI icon completely, on smaller screens even the icon feels like it is in the way. Make it a dropdown option from the main menu and open as a sidebar?

Thank you for moving the AI button! .... Can we get the Resource Center icon moved now? It's at the bottom right, same issue for entering time on mobile phones.
It's been moved to the top of the screen in the maintenance release 🙂
Not being able to move the popup button makes it hard for employees to enter time sheet information. Please allow being able to move the icon or an option to turn it off.
