When trying to provide access to employees in the portal to be able to send out text messages with "group messages", we have to give "bulletin admin" access. When I give this access, it provides that employee with every report we have built in the portal. Although we have groups we assign reports to, this "bulletin admin" access overrides this group access. This is creating a lot of issue with employees being able to view reports they do not need to review (if they click on the report).
