Add a feature with a time, date and username of all manual changes to timesheets.
For accountability and research on system changes, it would ideal to have a time and date stamp as well as username name of the person who makes changes/revisions to individual timesheets. The system is accused of not keeping and holding time, and without some type of accountability we cannot narrow the research down.
