Invoice reviews for subcontract costs currently show a balance remaining based on the SL item the invoice is against, but there should also be a balance based on the overall value of the subcontract. For example, there could be another SL item that is a credit amount, but currently you wouldn't know if that credit causes the invoice you are reviewing to be approved over the subcontract amount. (unless you run additional reports in Vista).
