When I click on HELP in the portal, it takes me to the main Trimble website, which lists support options for all of their software services. However, there are no options specific to the Employee Portal. It would be much more helpful if the Help link directed users to resources or support related specifically to the Employee Portal — the software we’re actually using and need assistance with.
