We have training that all our ees need to complete regularly. My idea is to set up an Employee Group to pull in all employees limited by those with that expired skill such that when I created a new class from that Course Template, it would update that group and I could click a button that would generate a notification. That notification would invite employees to register for the class and link to the Register for Classes page.
Bonus points if the notification language could be customized with the options to pull the following information:
Date and time of classes available ( maybe a button from the dashboard, so it could be clicked after multiple classes are created and clicked again a week or two later to capture any ees eligible who haven't yet registered)
List of classes/times/location and deadline to register (Class Expiration Date).
Also, if I could see the list of people the ee group pulled in / distro group that would be swell too.
