My plan is to basically have the option to un-group from the Employee. You would be able to see everything you currently see within the carrot but not grouped by employee. Because Job is within Charge To which is already something you can search by.
Please also add the Job Number as a separate column as Devra mentioned in her comment. It would really help the foremen, project managers and construction managers better manage the jobs.
Correct, when you drop the carrot you see all the in and outs. Our construction manager wants to be able to go to the dashboard and be able to see who is clocked in and what time the clocked in or who is clocked out and what time they clocked out. it would also be beneficial if they are clocked in to see what job number (if they did clock in with one) that they are associated with too.
Okay so like a way to un-group them so you can sort by start time
Yes we are aware of that feature but when you are trying to look at 150 people and review when they clock in and out its time consuming. The Trade Managers want to be able to open the dashboard and see just the time at a glance so they can organize and see who is late or not.
