The default assignments to the service form templates are great! I need more options to help narrow down because of how many forms we do have. in adding in all our annual inspections forms, I have assigned them to a SM Standard task and we have a SM Standard Task Annual inspection, however I am seeing it adds ALL the forms to that Work order even if it doesn't pertain and you can't remove it long term. If am able to have it default to the SM Standard Task and SM Type we could have the form go to the type of equipment judiciously and not have the overkill of all the forms on the one work order (that may have required field so they can't just skip).
If we are NOT able to do that is there a way to make the drop down menu more tailored to the types similar to what is being done with auto assigning them to the forms. So that they are not filtering through possible hundreds of forms. Example of a Call Types is a Maintenance agreement select forms that should be seen on a MA(this could mean a form can be seen across multiple call types or standard tasks)
