Similar to Grid Timecard Settings, can we get an "Expense Approval Settings" for custom layouts of the Expense Approval Screen. This will allow us to show columns like Location, Notes and whatever else would like to enable/disable

It would also be helpful for approvers to be able to filter and see just mileage or just reimbursements as needed
It is important for our reviewers to be able to tell whether the expense they are approving is a Reimbursement or a Credit Card charge, so we need the ability to have that column shown on the Expense Approval screen or have a drop down to allow us to toggle between the transactions, similar to the way the Submit Expenses screen works.
Would also be very helpful if we could see which lines are Expense lines and which lines are Credit Card charges. If this suggestion is developed, would it then also allow us to configure the screen so we can see this information?
We would like to show the approver in the grid as well.
