If we can't get an employee to submit their timecard before the batch has been posted, we lose the ability to have them submit and sign their timecard for time worked. This prevents a compliance issue and proof of them approving their time. Yes, if the batch has been posted they can preview their timecard, but there is no where for them to sign off on their time and turn in the pdf. Would be nice if that timecard report would include the wording which we set up in the portal settings and have a place for them to sign. I know if they have submitted via the portal, it saves that signature and includes the wording, so I would assume we could easily have an option to include the wording and signature line on the timecard pdf.

The issue we are trying to solve is when the batch posts/closes, the employee no longer has the ability to “submit” their timecard with a signature via KDS portal. I guess the best screen for them to go to is in My Earnings and clicking on submitted timecards…..unless there is a better place to go to get the timecard viewed.
We basically want to see the Submitted time card report. Not sure where that can be put to easily get to it, but if they didn’t do the submit and sign option, that it is blank and they can still check off yes and no (see attached employee example).
Is there a way for a manager to see the submitted time card without having access to Timecard Dashboard? I can’t seem to find a way to see it.
I attached the submitted vs processed to show how we would like to see something with what is on submitted. Just not sure how to get there. Or for a manager to get it.
Can it be made as an available report?
