We were in testing mode and created a category we dont want used any longer. There is activity that is deleted but i can't delete the category. I have to label it DO NOT USE before it but that just looks unprofessional. Can we delete this if all data is deleted too??

Thank you for reaching out regarding this question. To better assist you, I'd like to ask you for some additional information:
Can you please confirm your current Portal Version with build number? (Admin> Portal Settings)
Those Applicant Profiles or Job Categories, if they have ANY data tied to them at any point, they cannot be deleted in the portal, even if all data is deleted now in the portal. It is still tied to the previous data in the back end in SQL. This is by design.
If you would like to see this occur differently please submit a suggestion box item here. Our Product and Development teams review these regularly and other customers can vote on your idea.
It would be greatly appreciated if you included a simple use-case scenario example or comment about how having this feature added would improve your regular use of the product. This allows the teams to better understand your requests and evaluate them appropriately.

I did delete the test data and it still wont delete.
it is expected that if there is data associated with it then we wouldn't delete the category.
You would have to delete your test activity that is associated with it
Yes that option is there but because we have test activity associated with it, it get an errror it cannot be deleted even with the actual applicant data being deleted as well. We were testing and went a different route on naming conventions. But i cannot get rid of it.
