When users add Misc Work Completed on a Work Order, when they click on the Standard Item drop down, only the first 20 populate. We need the ability to show all Standard Items listed in SM Standard Items. Many techs, especially newer, don't know what to search for and need the ability to scroll through the entire list to make their selection.

Hi Brigid, this was released last October. You can choose how many show with this new portal setting Work Completed Item Dropdown Maximum Result
This is effecting Revenue and should be a quick update to give users at least the choice in company parameters if they want all standard items to show up or just the 1st 20. Please let us go back to being able to see all Items in the dropdown ASAP. Thank you !
