Support informed me that to enter data in the Stored Materials Purchased & Installed fields I had to activate the setting "Allow changes to Previous and Contract amounts" in Vista JB Company Parameters. While that did provide access to the Purchased and Installed fields in Vista Web (good) it also did what that setting was initially for...it opens up the Previous and Contract Amounts in Vista JB Progress Billing for editing (not good). Turning that setting on is not necessary to access the Purchased/Installed fields in Vista JB Progress Billing. There should be a separate setting to control the Vista Web Stored Material fields. Either that or leave those two fields open for entry in Vista Web by default as in Vista.
