Since the portal has so many more tools (when activated such as Field Tools, Financial Controls, etc.) that are business related to a user, it would be nice to have an internal lock for the Employee Tools section so that as the website or screen is up on someone's computer doing business items, their personal information/side isn't available for view. Perhaps this is on the Earnings section only?

This feature, known as "Field Mode," is available! When enabled through the portal setting "Enable field mode log in," users can select Field Mode during login to hide all personal modules, such as Earnings, Personal Info, and Benefits.
We don't yet have this for your TID/VPID log-ins but we are working on it.
