When approving POs in the portal, we are unable to see the description for the phase code shown. We have to open Vista to be able to look up what each phase code equals to make sure we are approving it to the correct phase. It would be more efficient to see the description listed next to the phase code since we have hundreds of codes to choose from.

I hear complaints about this! It's been done for expenses and invoices, so I imagine it will be an "easy add."
