When we update the AP Vendor payment address it asks if we want to push the address to PM Firms. If the country for the address changes the change will not save or push to PM Firms because of the order the address pushes. It currently pushes the state first, which is not set up in the country if the country changes. The push to PM Firms needs to set up the Country first, then the state. If it tryies to set up the state first it fails. It is rare that the address changes countries. But when it does this is an issue.

This is for address updates in Vista AP.
The work around is to click 'NO' about pushing the address to PM Firms. Then manually update PM Firms directly, selecting the correct order of Country then state.
