Ideally the portal will automatically create a timecard entry in a person’s timecard based on the approved timeoff request. The Leave Audit is great to assist with keeping things in sync, but the disconnected Time Off and Timecard entry require the event to be entered twice.

Hi Mary! Our users all handle their time off differently, because of this we do recommend going through professional services to set this up specific for your system.
I have used two other payroll systems recently that both had this feature, it is confusing for employees to ask for time off, it be approved, and then them still have to add a timecard line for it. PLEASE implement this auto-feed from approved time off requests.
