I have employees who work four tens and are not here on the Monday of a payroll week. If they submit their timecard on Friday, then get called in over the weekend, they need to unsubmit their timecard and add hours to it. Can we get this functionality added?

This looks like the timecard is locked, not submitted. Feel free to submit this to clearview. Support can help you through it.

Is there a particular setting that has to be set? I can because I am an administrator, but one of our GIS technicians cannot... Please see attached screenshot.

Employees can unsubmit a card up until it has been approved. Are you asking if they can unsubmit the card and remove the approval?
