It would be extremely helpful if we have trip notes be available to all techs on that work order the trips are assigned to. Information like gate codes or helpful tips they can share with themselves that do NOT need to be on the final printed ticket. It would be good to have them in the work order and not having to back out and reach all the trip summary notes from the main screen.
