We would like the Notes fields on the header and line items to be mandatory to allow for a much more detailed description of the transaction and for better reporting.

Would love to see the expense notes as a required field!! Our users are leaving this field blank. This field is super beneficial when verifying transaction coding.
@Kellie, "there's a portal setting for that"....right? We have several clients wishing to have this field required as well. Would this be possible ?
