"Alabama Only" should be removed from the label for the Filing Status of No Exemptions (Code O).

This issue affects Payroll and Human Resources in Vista, but it's impact is greatest for the employee experience in the Employee Portal. The Filing Status label for No Exemptions (Code O) is "No Exemptions (Alabama Only)." We in Louisiana also need to use the No Exemptions option (please see the Louisiana form L-4 for reference). The "(Alabama Only)" part of the label is inaccurate and will be confusing for employees when making or changing withholding elections.
