When a PR Group has a lot of employees, Grid Timecard takes a long time to load. This can be quite frustrating for a vocal group of key users. Often, reviewers don't need to see all of the employees in a PR Group, only a subset. Providing the reviewer with an option to load one default employee when opening Grid Timecard will decrease the initial load time. Once the default employee loads, the reviewer can select other employees from the drop down at the top of Grid Timecard.
