If an employee who, as a new hire, chose Exempt on their W-4, needs to change that status later on, the option is not available to them in the Portal as it is to employees who did not declare Exempt. As it is now, those employees who chose Exempt as new hires need to reach out to HR in order for that information to be updated. That option should be in the Portal for self-service.
