I would like the system to track who entered and approved the time in the portal to flow into Vista and be a record that data can be reported on. We have several employees that are entering time in the portal and I need to be able to track and run data off of who is entering time after it has been processed and posted in Vista.

We have a similar situation with multiple users entering time but this may be something in your admin settings. Once you post the batch no one should be able to enter time in the portal unless you open a new batch. Once I have processed the batch for the pay period the portal is locked and no more time can be entered unless I open a new batch. And if you do happen to have multiple batches open you can view them separately in the portal.
