HR Management ATS allows an applicant's information, forms, and custom tasks to be copied from one job requisition to another. When custom tasks are used all of the information for the applicant copies over; however, when fillable pdfs are used the form will copy over without any of the applicant's information. If the copy/move feature is allowed then all the information should copy over correctly. We use this feature so that the applicant does not have to fill out another job application for a different position; however, it will not work with fillable pdfs.
