When a rate change is initiated, oftentimes that comes along with the need to update the Craft Class. Currently, you are able to add an effective date for the pay change, but you have to separately update the Craft Class if needed. There is a "position" column within the HR Resource Salary History form, but not a Craft Class which is was drives most of our items rather than "position". Being able to update this all together would be greatly beneficial and also keep track of those position changes in their history. Currently, I have to notate that in the notes section
