The "Unavailable time" is great on the technicians Work Order dashboard. It would be equally great if it is on the Service Manager's Dashboard so they have the full picture, currently our managers may be ONLY using vista to view the dashboard for where their techs are at for when they can have the same access anywhere via the portal.
