The "Send Timecard Reminder Email" functionality in the Timecard Dashboard does not work if the user has viewed their timecard but not entered any time.
If the user has any time entered, or if the user has never viewed their timecard, then they're available to have the reminder sent to. However, if the user has viewed their timecard but never entered any time, the reminder email button is not available. We've been told it's because viewing your timecard creates a line in TimecardPersist, which excludes the functionality from being available.
