Currently there is dynamic fields for applicant address (building number and street), applicant address (Line 2), and applicant zip code. There is no option for applicant city or state.

A majority of the resumes we receive are not up to date and one of the emails we send confirms their city and state to ensure they can make the commute. Adding applicant city and applicant state as dynamic fields would definitely help.
