When we quote service, they enter the required materials on the quote. This flows to the Required Materials on the Scope in the Work Order in Vista. However, unless they are ordering them on a purchase order, the technicians do not see these parts in Field Service.
They need to be able to see what material was needed to pull it off the truck (or pickup in the branch) to take into the job.
